New single self indulgence
 

in the other thread, we were discussing what we allow ourselves to hear or see before a new single comes out...

so i was wondering, for those waiting for christmas and whatnot, do you think it would be cool to only allow yourselves to listen to the instrumentals of each song?? what would that do? and if you had read all the lyrics too, you could try and match them, then see the difference LOL

is it worth it?

no, i don't like waiting and torturing myself to not hear a new song or previews. it'd take away the excitement for me.

I do think it'd be really neat to try and match up the lyrics with the instrumental. :D Dunno how that would happen though, hah...
I'm still debating on whether or not to wait for the next few full singles. It's just so hard to wait!! >_<

I like to hear/see previews, it makes all the more exciting for me when I get to hear/see the whole thing. Maybe it's just me.

i will most probably listen once the full mp3 is out. Because there is no point in waiting for the actual product to reach my hands, THEN listen. Cos most probably its the same thing.

I always listen to previews or see covers lol.

But I always wait until my copy is arrived for seeing album's booklets, for example :yes

I listen/watch the first minute I get my hands on it! I don't buy singles/albums without knowing what's in it first...wouldn't want to waste money like that~

If I love it, I buy it~ If I don't like it like with S/S, I just don't buy it~

Its almost like getting teased haha. You get a bite but truthfully, then you long for the whole thing :lech haha.

If I were a regular into buying ayumi stuff, I would definitely await for the single to arrive before listening to the new songs. I'd be spending money on something, and it wouldn't make sense if they arrived after I had overplayed the songs haahah It also helps that nowadays I'm actually more controlled about ayu releases as I don't really get anxyous and hyper as I did a couple of years ago when she released something new. I mean, I love when she releases something new, but I'm just more in control of my impulses to hearing them.

I couldn't, omg...if I heard the instrumental first, I would have to listen to the song immediately......like....I would be banging my head into the wall trying to restrain myself. XD

I have no self control with new music.

anyway, I'm a really lazy person, so I hate downloading LQ previews that piss me off anyway. And I'm OCD so I will end up deleting all the previews, but again I'm lazy, so... it's a vicious cycle. :P

I want to resist this time

so I will be more exited when my copies are arrived

like: OMG now I can see the covers, booklet scans, PVs and hear the songs.....

i can go crazy doing it!! i'm not suited for music at all XD
