Yesterday I was looking for alternative music and found a French artist called Émilie Simon. I gotta say; she's pretty good. But that's not why I posted this thread.

Don't you think Simons voice is really like Kanon Wakeshimas?

Well, I was looking on youtube for live!-videos for Kanon Wakeshima, I just SAW she only did perfomance in France! France! Simons birthplace!

Is it because of the French people loves 'doll'-voices? I dunno.. What do you think?

I prefer Kan'on's voice, but Émilie's is great too. I prefer Kan'on's breathy voice though.
