whitney houston can't sing no more :(
I was just watching the news about her australian tour and oh my god... she really cannot sing! which is really upsetting i believe.
here is one of her live performances in korea, singing her classic "I Will Always Love You" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGvuQBOwQKM :( watching how this great artist that once had one of the best vocals ive ever heard makes me think about ayu nowadays... we all know that ayu never had that great vocals from the start, but we surely know how she's doing lately http://www.youtube.com/watch#playnex...&v=T_NGo04kLQQ Also, i dont wanna compare cause both of them have different life stories, whitney with her drug addiction problems, and ayu of course with her hearing problems + all the touring she's done non-stop for 11 years and still counting. Does ayu need to stop and have a break so she can rest her vocal cords or what? i mean i dont want her to end up coughing all way through her concerts like whitney does now. what do you guys think about this? any more info that you would like to add is always welcome :) |
Im speechless. I was thinking to watch her tour in Sydne but now I totally change my mind. she has very terrible voice.
very upset >.< EdIT : I saw from other videos she looked tired. while talking she hardly breathe |
OMG it's so pity... I mean, she had a beautifulv voice... why in the hell she had to do drugs... ><

That was a beautiful rendition... I don't know what you're complaining about. :\

and you can't really compare her situation to ayu's. Whintey polluted herself with those drugs while ayu has an uncontrollable condition. |
OMG this is terrible. How sad and tragic. :(

Oh no!! This.....this is definitely a shame. :( I remember sitting on the computer one day, going through all her performances of I Will Always Love You, and just staring and listening in awe...... That video definitely didn't show that same singer. D:
And she's only in her mid-forties, yes? She should still be going strong....... I suppose it would be the drugs, then. Because she was known for over-singing, especially with this special song, but it wasn't in a way that would ruin her voice (not from what I've seen, anyhow). So yeah.... So sad. :cry Then again, is it just this concert she was off? Or has she been going down for a while now? I honestly haven't seen any very recent performances by Houston, so.. I hope she takes care of her health from on now, to help save that beautiful voice! And yes, I think we all realise that Ayu certainly needs to rest her voice, but for different reasons than what Whitney does, of course. Whitney Houston's most likely problem is her health in general - not necessarily her actual voice - probably due to the drugs she's done, while Ayumi's problem is mostly her voice alone being extremely worn out. (Then again, we still don't know whether or not Ayu is doing other things to contribute, as well, such as drinking, smoking, etc.....and her ear is most likely causing some issues, of course) |

Let's just say that it's a sad situation all around when vocalists' voices get destroyed.
Whitney had the most amazing voice. and...guys, Ayu's voice was going to deteriorate anyway, even with how much she apparently "cares" for it. It's not all her ear. Her condition is just emphasizing a problem that she's always had. |
I feel bad but I don't like her at all

Poor Whitney... it's not TERRIBLE on its own, but knowing that she was capable of so much better in the past, yeah... this was baaaaaad.

:laugh even here you guys argue
get some fresh air |
"crack is whack, crack is cheap"
girl you need to sell them tickets cheap so people don't have to pay a ton to hear that mess. 'The Voice' is gone. |
I HOPE SHE'S SICK. I hope she has caught a seriously baaaaaad cold......!
I don't hope this is actually real........ I mean, I hope she can get over it, cause this is in all ways muuuuuch worse than ayu. You can't compare.. ayu's voice changed, Whitney's voice has completely gone... -.- |
