Ongaku to hito #1 and a scan from bea's UP?

Two things...

Could anyone provide a scan of this page from the October 2008 bea's UP magazine? I can't find it any larger. :(

Also, I ran across scans in this thread of something called Ongaku to hito #1. I'm assuming they are really old. Does anyone know what this is, or what month/year they were released in?

oh thanks. i'm actually going thru your site and filling out my magazine scans! haha, i didn't see you had scans and the date for this on your site.

but that scan from bea's UP isn't linked to the larger version for some reason.

The picture from bea´s UP is just a small Version of the Cover shown on the index page. It´s only that small.
