Ongaku to hito #1 and a scan from bea's UP?

Two things...

Could anyone provide a scan of this page from the October 2008 bea's UP magazine? I can't find it any larger.



Also, I ran across scans in this thread of something called Ongaku to hito #1. I'm assuming they are really old. Does anyone know what this is, or what month/year they were released in?

but that scan from bea's UP isn't linked to the larger version for some reason.

The picture from bea´s UP is just a small Version of the Cover shown on the index page. It´s only that small.
