It's their opinion, but it's definitely not well justified most of the time, so they just end up looking kinda lame. I think people might just be oblivious to certain things
[like Ayu's feelings perhaps? :|] when they watch an Ayu concert or something...
Example:
"Oh, her singing sucked during MY ALL. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?" -> She was crying like... "omg wtf am I doing here :< I have to keep singing :< :<!"
