From what I can see, it seems very likely that this could be the "gorgeous slipcase" cover with some sort of embossed gold.

I mean, why else would they have gradients on the preview photo? XD


Plus, Ayu has NEVER RELEASED A CONCERT DVD [CDL or AT/DT/ST] WITHOUT HER IMAGE ON IT. It's highly likely that we got the slipcase cover like I said before..
