How did it blow hard? Together When... topped a whole bunch of chaku-uta download charts and got a double platinum certification for 500,000+ downloads for the ringtone and for the full song it got a platinum certification of 250,000+ downloads. :\ Read here:

I think you're just taking the break / lack of releases in the last few years just a little too seriously.. She's pretty busy with touring lately, as she's had her schedule packed with planning. From November 2007 to November 2008, she's incredibly busy with ASIA TOUR and CDL along with a-nation. D: Also, I have faith that she will announce a single soon.. very soon.
