I'd say to assume it's real until proven otherwise.

Also, Ayu's not really wearing leopard print.. it looks more like a remake of the Together When... Kouhaku dress with the crystal-bra...

I wonder who would take a photo of it with their cellphone though. Hm.. maybe the designer in question? It had to have originated somewhere other than 2ch. Time to look~~
