I have the hikari PV and thought it was one of utada's most boring PV, i love the song and every time i watch it i think of how good ayu PV's are. I think that it probably costing that much is because of the time that the song is set, it would of cost a bit to make the set look 1930s (I think thats the year its set) it could also be the combined cost for GREEN and Days not just for one
