definitely between <128 and 192+

Anything below 192, there is definite loss in quality...however...

192 and higher, I don't have good enough equipment to tell the difference.

Although I have one song both in 192 and 320, and for some reason, the 320 is noticeably better...so perhaps its the way the person ripped it.
