It really was nothing like described, but the Mezamashi TV description fits the other descriptions... a male protagonist gets into some sort of accident and it's sad at the end. The motorcycle thing might be false, but how else would Shu-ya/whoever is in the PV get into the accident?
Probably a different focal point of the PV. People at 2ch were asking: "Was Shu-ya really in the PV!?!?" and people who had seen the tiny clip were answering "Yeah."
