And how exactly do you know that? Who are you going to ask? Do you have some source at avex who knows? Oricon = the ones who are counting sales, and they're the ones saying that 3,000 / 30% are being counted from event / non-vendor sales since late 2009 in the press release.

And why would they? That'd be like sales at the Kinokuniyas or Sanseido Books here in the States counting towards Oricon.
