It was her last week before the year ended that pushed her up to #20, putting Ayu in #21. I don't really consider her in the same category as anyone else since she's kind of... strange. (read: Utada had more than 7 million people as fans when she started off almost and as she "dropped" in sales, it was like barely anything. Even if she dropped by half with every album... 7 million -> 3.5 million -> 1.75 million -> 875k... which is basically how her sales progressed except for a million in there or two) Only recently has her popularity seemed to obviously dwindle in comparison with others in the industry.
