I always think that when ayu says that she will stop accepting award, it means that avex will stop submiting her name to major award shows for some particular award category.
However if an award show/viewer's wants to list her as a nominee she will still accept the award. Like Best artist.
And in this case, I think that the director of the video plays a bigger part in this award.
