From the Blu-ray version. I think the booklet is a bit smaller than the DVD version? Feel free to use these anywhere without credit. Just don't say you scanned these, ohoho.

Ugh, my cover scan has a speck on it. I had to fix it and replace the file, sorry about that~ I need to clean the scanner again....
