That's usually what I may have to do, but I just take it out of the device in question! Like instead of the cable being from the TV->PS3, I just take it out of the PS3 to put it into whatever I need. Or is -everything- behind the TV for you?
I think this release sounds like an Ayu release... it'll just take some time to sink in. The 'heart' in Shake It is a bit off putting though.
