It's weird though if that's said about Ayu since she has had way more input towards the way things end up than some of these acts. Perfume is flawless and perfect (but they weren't always so 'manufactured looking' imo and they only recently pushed the "WE ARE GIRL ROBOTS KIND OF" recently), but I think a lot of that is their creative team behind that 'image'. It's very modern and incredibly sleek. I do not think that the reason for it is the three girls, but whoever they have making their PVs, choreographing the dances, designing the clothes for each girl, and so on. The music is incredibly catchy thanks to Yasutaka Nakata. The same goes for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, who I think without the addition/support of Yasutaka Nakata, would not be able to be as crazy!as!@(#@!wacko as she is in her image/videos and still remain appealing because being so "Oh, Japan! ONLY IN JAPAN CAN THIS GIRL FART RAINBOWS/HAS LIPS IN HER HAIR/IS WEARING TECHNICOLOR GRANNY PANTIES" can only grab people's attention for so long.
