of course the tracklist is her own decicion. What do you people think how this stuff works? In most cases it is not the company that contorls everything. They probably say stuff like "we need a new album" "you should take a more safe direction" and so on...but they will never say "you have to record that song" or so in this stage of an artist career and I'm üretty sure ayu would refuse to. She is one of the richest people in Japan...she would simply quit her contract at avex if this was the case. Music is important to her, and if you like it or not, those listed cases were her own stupid decicion. She is just struggeling somehow and its sad yes, but you can not simply deny that fact. Yet again, no one ever sad she is the smartest woman on the world, she has expirence yes, but she is also just a human being.
