^@gubsi: My bf has problem with is ID - he can't answer his security questions (although he knows is PW) and their solution is to delete everything - which means to reconfigure your macbook. he also got a new, used iphone, and since he already played his ID on there, but can't access the apple store, he needs proof that he bought it to redo anything - but that would not solve the main-problem to start with XD
