It's different if Mika is performing 2 sessions on the same day but that's not going to happen sadly
Also Ayu is performing in Osaka around the last 2 dates of Mika's tour (which will conclude in Tokyo) and the Shinkansen cost is expensive but if you buy a JR pass , it wouldn't be so bad I think
When I went back Japan in Jan , I went to Osaka & I wanted to go Tokyo attend a concert but because it was announced so last minute + I was only there for less than a week , I didn't go in the end and let alone the cost of a two way Shinkansen ticket is so expensive I feel it wasn't worth paying for

That's super helpful information. I'm asking a friend in Japan to pick up tickets for me from those sites but I'm not going to get my hopes up too much in case the tour gets sold out haha She booked some really small venues
