Normally you can but they put an AMV of an old anime called Urusei Yatsura with Kuu's Suki de x3 playing over it on the FC edition DVD/Bluray and don't want to pay for legal international distribution rights for it so they cancelled all preorders of that edition. Is that confirmed. I mean that that this the reason? I thought that was just us guessing.
I wouldn't find it surprising if COVID and all the extra handling that goes into international shipping could also be the reason.
