In America, it'll be tomorrow around 1PM and 4PM depending on what time zone you're in.
In Asia... not sure. Japanese time it'll be between 5AM and 8AM.

They don't really do that in Japan since most of the performances are saved for actual shows dedicated to performances. (I think.)
It'll probably be an interview about the tour / album + revealing some new thing involving MOON perhaps?
