It probably won't be included with the album limited edition. I don't think Ayu would release a calendar like that and call it a photobook.

Ayumi said herself it'll be released on Christmas. So if the photo booklet is the calendar or not - which I doubt it will be - it will be available for public purchase anyway from that date. I don't see why Avex would limit it only to the Limited Edition copy of Love songs, they'd lose out on so much money

It's getting really late to announce the calendar... They had all of October to do it, to remind people to save up some extra money~! I had resigned myself to no calendar this year at all. 0_0 And to release it as late as Christmas is a death sentence for sales. People will have bought calendars already.... I have to wonder if it was planned this way or if something went wrong.
