I can't help it. I like comparing my two favorite singers summer songs. And since the albums are kinda similar in concept, I figured "why not?".

Whatchu Waitin' On?

I like both songs but if you're talking about the whole package , I vote for Kumi

The PV for You & Me felt as though it was shot by some rookie director & it looks so cheap , even though it was filmed overseas D:

At least for Whatchu Waitin' On? , it's entertaining from the start til the end despite it being shot by a green screen

Yucky...
I've listened to both songs enought to form an opinion and I like neither.
But I guess I'll give it to Ayu JUST for that part in the music video where the H single guy (still don't know who he is) buys Ayu from the store.

Neither are that good, but Whatchu Waitin' On died after the 5th listen where You & Me is still growing on me.

So my pick is You & Me.

Kuu's video is more entertaining and I like the song more, Ayu's just feels like a really cheap version of We Found Love.

I hate green screen pvs tho.

Tbh both of them are really weak, You&Me is my least favorite summer song together with Greatful Days by Ayu.. but I guess I'm more disappointed in Kuu's song because it's a big downgrade from Japonesque. It does have a more fun video though
