What is this DAI song..?
Well, at least, I believe it's DAI...
Um.. all I know is, the PV has two main characters. A 20ish female and a 30s/40s man. They both have these key chains (the man has a little cloth doll and the lady has a bead thing). They live life, and then the keychains break. They sit on swings, and get new keychains (?). May I ask if anyone knows what this song is called, and if there's a translation for the song? Have a lovely day!

"BURANKO", however, is "swing" in Japanese.

Taking the lyrics, the PV & the cover of the PV DVD "8" into account, it's safe to say that "BURANKO" is Japanese, & as some of you have mentioned already, it means "swing" (as in the object, not the action).
