Over 90% of all legal downloads in Japan come from Cell-Phones/Mobiles, and Chaku-Uta is one of the largest (if not the largest) music download service for Cell-Phones. The Chaku-Uta service can be used on 3 of the largest cellphone operators in Japan - NTT DocoMo; au (kddi) and Vodafone.

The charts are divided into 3 categories - "Ringtones", "Full Songs" and "PV's". The "Overall" chart is a combination of the 3 charts.

In my opinion, after the not-so-successful Startin', she's doing pretty good with BLUE BIRD. Remember that the data calculated is up to June 30th, and BLUE BIRD was released on June 21st (as an actual single; ringtones released a few days before the 21st; Full song and PVs few days after the 21st). And HEAVEN is doing good as well since it was released last year, it still went pretty high (especially in the PV side)
