Your OBI´s

What do you do with you OBI´s? Do you put them into the package or let them outside of the CDs on your shelve? At the moment mine are outside, but I think later on I will put them into the package, only the ones from Kuu´s 12 Singles not^^

I keep my OBIs inside the CD case. At first, though, I kept them separate from the CDs...I kept all the OBIs in a drawer. But my friend showed me a better way to store the OBIs hahaha

put it inside the case. That's the safest way.

Outside if you can open the shrink wrap cleanly (applies only to Japan version), otherwise, inside the jewel case and between the booklet it goes.

i pop the cd holder part up and put the obi there behind the cd, along with any stickers or whatever that were on the plastic wrap.

I keep mine inside the shrinkwrap, outside the case, where it started basically.

When I buy a CD, I rip the plastic out, take the obi out and throw it in the garbage. I don't care for the obi at all... XD

I just put them on the outside of the case on the bookshelf. If they're different colors, have pictures on them, etc, then a big woo.

orenji_jaro: Well, for one, most western artists don't have OBI's of any kind. So for some people it's a cool and different thing that sort of sets Japanese CDs from others. And sometimes, if you wish to sell them later to other foreigners, some people are willing to pay more for a single/album that has an OBI than one that doesn't.

^Now your cds are worth less.

I put mine in the case sometimes. I usually just save the wrapper they came in and slip them back in it when I'm done. Looks to pretty when it looks brand new. Sometimes I do slip them inside when using them though.
