I don't think it's photoshopped much, she's lost a lot of weight recently unfortunately. Her spine is very clearly shown in the Bad Romance video, I believe that's real too.

I believe her spine was real when she was showing her back in the white suit, but that scene in the shower was clearly fake. Either way I don't think her spine is a clear sign that she's at an unhealthy weight. I think her looking damn sickly all the time in candids are though. Also of how thin she is in general compared to when she debuted (and before then). She works to hard and needs to take better care of herself.

I was watching GaGa takeover on Fuse TV the other day where they played her stuff over and over. I hadn't watch a lot of her videos in quite a while and I was shocked at how much plumber she looked in the Poker face and LoveGame videos. There's quite a difference.

I do believe she is responsible enough to not let it get too bad though, so I'm not really worried about it.
