Just like many other artists, Ayu left a message at the official website of 'm.c.A.T' (A musical act with whom Ayu made the pre-avex song called "A")

浜崎あゆみ
m.c.A･Tさんとは、私のファーストアルバムでの楽曲プロデュースやavexの企画アルバムで一緒に曲 を作った思い出があります。懐かしいですね!(笑)
2007年の再始動、頑張ってください!

I think this is basically what she says:

m.c.A.T; Before my plans of making a debut-album with Avex, we produced a song on which we worked together. Those were the days, don't you think? (Laughs)
As for 2007; keep it going!

I think she's recognizing it because m.c.A-T is actually part of avex, so probably max matsuura made her produce that song? As for her NOTHING FRMO NOTHING stuff, maybe by contract she's not allowed to mention them at all? Just wondering if that may be the case...

Im sure shes allowed to talk about it because its her stuff. She probably has talked about it we just haven't herd about it

"Those were the days" means something like, "It was fun back then" or something. :O
