Ayu's deceased friend

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone knows about Ayu's deceased friend, the one she wrote untitled ~for her~ about. Does anyone know what's her name? What was her relationship with Ayu (if they were really close friends)? And if you could tell me more about her? ^^
