No it's not that difficult. You can either get the ticket online through auctions and such, or in resale shops in Japan. You'd probably spend between 90 en 170 euro on a ticket

Unless I misunderstood, this year a-nation will be donating some of the merchandise proceeds to disaster relief, and there will be a free concert ("free public viewing?") for people affected by the earthquake. I can see them reaching out of their usual pool of artists with that kind of publicity.

^I thought that was a mistake at first, too, but I think it might be "charge" because of the sponsor.
