avex Taiwan will release COUNTDOWN LIVE 2019-2020 ~Promised Land~ next Fri on 18th Sept



And the version avex Taiwan obtained permission to make is the Blu-ray + 2 CDs version (Live CD + Single)

In this case it's cause no bag is involved.

Even if avex Taiwan wasn't able to get permission to make or import the tote bag bonus item from Japan , I think cost wise it still would be significantly cheaper than what you pay for Japan press

That & also the exchange rate I feel plays a factor too
