i know that ayu always find inspiration in some madonna visual concepts...but
look this!...maybe madonna knows about ayu concepts too
or maybe is just a coincidence

the second one is better. Wouldn't it be cool if they were friends? and she DID get the idea from Ayu?

in some parts its in black and white and the things she does is the same as ayu

You never know, maybe Madonna does know about Ayu. But the way I see it, these concepts aren't that original. Even though Ayumi's concert set is always very refreshing and beautiful, I don't think it's ever something that hasn't been done before. So it must be a coincidence, for Madonna to use the same kind of set as Ayu.

Also: wow, Ayumi's cross looks so much better and more elegant compared to Madonna's! I'm glad Ayu didn't use this kind of massive grey construction.

I think it is possible Madonna does know about Ayumi. Ayumi isn't anonymous in Asia, and if Madonna ever asked anyone to find out about Asia's most famous performers, she'd certainly get Ayumi Hamasaki at the top of the list. Then she'd check her live performances videos and see how much Ayumi has been borrowing from her. She'd go "if she took that from my show, then I can take something from hers".

Ayu has "copied" Madonna, too, though. Not that it's a big deal, but if you watch Madonna's Drowned World 2001 tour, you can see a lot of similarities with Ayu's Arena Tour 2002.

I'm sure that's been discussed hundreds of times before, though. I think it's great because I love both artists. I have to say that Madonna's confessions tour was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life, though. I've never seen Ayu so I wouldn't know for sure, but wow.
