 From Foraver Club and ayu.official FB. There seems to be some kind of special T-shirt gift and a 'special item present' campaign in this issue to celebrate Ayu's anniversary -and- ViVi's 30th anniversary.

I think her lips just look full due to the gloss or whatever.
These shots look Kazutaka Nakamura-ish, but they could be Leslie or Ryan too. Mostly Kazutaka due to the 'brightness' though imo.
