Do you think there will ever be an Ayu biopic?

This is something I would kill to see. I think there could be a really great story there - behind the scenes and all. But, I don't see it happening unless something truly tragic happens or she hits hardcore rock bottom and picks herself back up.

If you think there will be one, what kind of timeframe do you see for a release? How do you think they would handle the story? Would it be an international release?

Or, do you think there is another J-idol/star who is more likely to receive a biopic?

A biopic would definitely cover her life from childhood until 2001-2002. And it would be about how she started with nothing and dealt with all the loss in her life to become a massive pop star and style icon.

I would kill even to read a book about her life x.x But I'm afraid these releases, when revolves idols, are manipulated to be more comercial appealig though. So I don't think it would be fullfilling after all.

I think the chances of being ridiculously manipulated are higher on a movie, so a book would be better.

Yup I think she definitely deserves one. But I don't think she would like to have one.

Has there ever been a biopic of the likes of Seiko Matsuda or Yumi Matsutoya? If not, sadly I don't think there will be one for Ayu Thought there would be a great story to tell!

Something tells me that japanese tv channels already have done something like that before, like specials or else. I'm not saying that it was exactly for ayu, but revisiting the past times of celebs on TV aren't so uncommon, specially on their peak.
