I translated it. It's definitely not a nice translation but at least you can understand what she is saying n the text. It's about the fact that Ayu is now the #1 female artist in history according to the new oricon records. Ayu has 26 singles that hit #1.

I managed to establish this record with the help of my fans. Thanks to all of you. I will continue singing from my heart. At the end of last week we began the the Ayumi Hamasaki arena tour, with the greatest amount of people in history. The company will keep on doing this absolutely wonderful thing with it's power. And I will see everyone at the meeting place (arena?) without a doubt.

She said onstage that there were 17,000 people in attendance that night. Maybe that is the largest opening night for one of her tours? Couldn't be though because the Dome tour had 30,000 some people at each concert.
