Also, that paragraph about her announce her being deaf in her left ear is now gone. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's true - she is deaf in her left ear. But that being on there...I don't know, it felt weird to me. :-/ It's hard to explain...

On Wikipedia? To be honest, I think that's kind of neat. It's like... a blind guy rescuing a man from a fire. It's something extraordinary that happens to great people.

Ahh. Thanks to both of you for clearing it up. ^^

... I could really get into the topic of Deaf people and how it strongly angers me that people find Ayu as "Deaf" to be a saddening experience.

But I won't.

People should be aware that most of JPop-artist's Wiki-articles are maintained by fans, who get the info from the forums.

So for me it's not that big of a surprise, considering that wikipedia-writers are very fast on adding info.

btw Ayu's Japanese wiki also states her loss of ear function and that article is actually protected.

It seems that ayu's name was already on the list for awhile, because on the bottom page it said
"This page was last modified 20:00, 11 November 2007."
