Everyone has been talking about how ayu's side-stepping questions about possible collabs with other artists. Problem lies with me, I made an error while translating.

So instead of reading "アーチストと - with another artist", the correct translation should be "アーチストとして - as an artist". So so sorry for all the confusion!!

Hi all!! Sorry for bringing up such an old thread. But everyone's been referring to ayu reverting back to old times in this album. But rather than to old times, a more accurate phrase would be going back to basics, instead.

The affected passage should read:

[NEXT LEVEL] on the whole has been a challenge, in terms of sound and lyrics, as well as vocal approach and mixing. And I could play around them all in a positive way. The next album, which is already in-the-works, has the feeling of basics. A feel of “Hamasaki Ayumi”, less of adventure, and more of digging deep into the basics. But this does not mean that I'm going backwards. It is about how I can express my feelings on the things which I have always liked, but as the person I am, right now.
