^Leslie Kee is one of the photographers Ayu use the most for photoshoots, so yes, he has done lots of photos like this, he has also worked for Koda. I don't know about any other photobooks though.

You know what'd be pretty awesome? A photobook with the photoshoots for the covers of Ayu's albums

Well, you know how they take like hundreds of pictures of her in the outfits for the covers and she chooses the ones for the covers? They could select a few from each set [set meaning set of pictures for each single / album cover] and then make a photobook out of it..

she should go back and dig up all her old CD single and album cover outfits and try to recreate the shot and make it new and a little different. that would be cool. for just part of the photobook, though. it'd have to have bunches of other stuff, too.
