aren't those the colors that are like..."rasta" or whatever? i thought? i don't think it has anything to do with lithuania, though...
http://i2.iofferphoto.com/img/item/3...aFlagWhtZm.jpg that's a rasta thingy...i think they just moved the colors around ^^;; i figured this just becuz it's like, tropical and it's also popular here in japan, specially during the summer, to see girls with these colors painted on their nails, etc.
