buying cds online that count towards oricon?

do sales from yesasia count towards Ayu's place in the oricon chart? if not, then why? I'm sure I read that CDJapan counts towards oricon, but I'm not sure

(I'll be buying her new single in Japan tho coz I'm there for christmas! :p)
