You have to remember that B&D was one of those singles that people knew was going to be on the album. Plus it was really really crammed into that 4 month period xD
fairyland => HEAVEN => B&D => (miss)understood If Koda did that, like release an album right after a single.. the single'd probably flop terribly xD
