I think Ayu has some of the more unique songtitles of the industry, despite having some re-used ones [i.e HEAVEN, Pride, and so on..] but for the most part, her titles are her own ~

The difference is in the script. Shimatani's 愛の詩 refers to a more lyrical sound. Koda's 愛のうた uses hiragana, meaning she might've wanted to represent herself as more childish. GreeN's 愛唄 uses the uta that's meant for more a folk style...it all depends on the lyrics I think.
