I'm gonna say ray of light and no other really comes close IMO.

EASILY Ray of Light. Though I am surpirsed that Like A Prayer isn't getting more votes because that and RoL are typically regarded, by critics at least, as her best two albums and I tend to agree.

Hard Candy's definitely her worst. There shall be no argument.
