Well, that's assuming that they get over 200-300 preorders..

I imagine that they weren't getting many at all [because of CDJapan announcing it before they did.. way before they did] so they probably did this as a last ditch thing.

They could've done it in a lottery style, but I'm sure they have something up their sleeves.. [or maybe in the past, they didn't have as many gifts to give out as now..]

Or maybe cdjapan has more than 250 presents to give out.The cdjapan website does says: "Prize details are subject to change"
