London sounds about right to me.
Right now, Canada is 13 or 14 hours behind Japan. And if I count correctly, Canada is about 5 hours behind England. So, if she posted at 8:40pm Japan Time and it's 12pm where she is... 8.4+5= 13.4 I'd say it's likely she is in London. It sounds about right with the temperature of 1C and that it'll be snowing. It's snowing here in Canada. But it's more than 1C, more like -10C... Lol
