I have to disagree. Naoya has good enough vocals to stand up on his own if he chose to. He and ayu have a really great friendship going on there, and if they want to make music together, just like friends, then it's up to them. And from their tweets, ayu was the one who mentioned that she wanted to do a second collab first. Saying their collabs are just for making money is just an insult to their friendship.
