Someone accidentally leaked a release date in one of their press releases and it said 08/2011 before they removed it according to a blog that screencapped the page.

Well, I don't think it will result in anything TOO big.

To be honest, I think it will probably be a plain video a la HEAVEN. Though HEAVEN had a bit of a twist to it.

I know this is stating the obvious, but Shin Onimusha and Final Fantasy IX are from completely different publishers. Not only that, but since the release of FFIX, I think the FF series has been pretty consistent with working out single releases about a week before the game's Japanese release. As a result, I'm not sure those games are relevant comparisons. Judging by your previous post, Tales has been really consistent on its own, so I wouldn't worry too much.
