It's probably a custom piece from one of her personal designers. Akira Noda doesn't do Ayu stuff anymore and looking at recent scans, Masataka Kato replaced him, it seems.

oh okay. yeah I haven't seen anything else like that, so that totally makes perfect sense. thanks for the info such a beautiful dress though.
